Taraba State Government Imposes Curfew On Jalingo
Taraba State Government has imposed a curfew on Jalingo following a fresh outbreak of the crisis in Kona and ATC areas of the State capital on Monday, June 17, the curfew will last from 4pm-6am daily until further notice.

The information was contained in a press statement signed by the Senior Special Assistant Governor Darius Ishaku on media and publicity Bala Dan-Abu, the Statement also directed security agencies in the State to enforce the curfew for the quick return of peace.
There was panic in Jalingo since Sunday, June 16 following an attack by alleged herdsmen in some communities in ATC, sporadic gunshots have also been heard by residents in some parts of the State capital.
