Governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have promised to support the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari in improving economic performance, securing the country and further strengthening the bond of unity in the country.

APC Governors Resolve To Support President Buhari

The Governors made the pledge on Tuesday when they visited the President at the state House, Abuja.

Speaking to reporters after the brief meeting that lasted thirty-three minutes, Kebbi state Governor Atiku Bagudu said the All Progressives Congress, APC, governors are strongly positioned to assist the president to fulfill his campaign promises to Nigerians.

Governor Bagudu emphasized the need for a robust working relationship between the States and the federal government to achieve better results in trade and investment, job creation and tackling internal conflicts.

He said the issue of ministerial appointment was not part of the agenda of the Governor's meeting with the President.
